We are growing our marketing team within Hematology and are therefore looking for our next talent. We are on an interesting journey and give a great opportunity for the right candidate to join us. We are approximately 100 employees in the Nordics and this role would together with the Senior Product Manager Nordics lead our marketing initiatives in the Nordic region.

We want you to have the following background:

  • You have worked at least 1-3 years within marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the specialized hospital business (hematology multiple myeloma/MDS/lymphoma is an advantage).

  • University degree in business, science, medicine or pharmacy or comparable education.

  • Experience with digital marketing and digitalization projects will be an advantage.

  • Solid experience from presentation and communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English as well as one of the Nordic languages.

  • A record of strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities.

  • Flexible location in any of the capitals within the Nordic countries. Stockholm area will be an advantage.

In the position as Nordic Product Manager Hematology you are expected to:

  • play a key role in creating and delivering marketing material within the marketing strategy and providing sales and marketing tools to the Nordic sales force for Revlimid and Imnovid. The Product Manager is, in dialogue with his/her manager, responsible for the marketing and promotional activities across the Nordic countries.

  • actively contribute to the Nordic MM strategy development in collaboration with Nordic MM team, responsible of co-developing, implementing and maintaining the Nordic marketing and communication strategy and the marketing tactics for Revlimid and Imnovid (including new indications) to maximize the product performance and to meet product related objectives.

  • coordinate, plan and manage the Revlimid and Imnovid marketing budget in close collaboration with line manager. Delivery of all marketing and sales activities within agreed budget.

  • ensuring close dialogue with sales teams to get full buy-in on campaigns, messaging and promotional activities.

  • support in initiation and evaluation of customer research (market research), market conditions (e.g. NPP) competitor data and implements contributes so that Nordic marketing plan changes are updated as needed.
