Celgene (Senior) Product Manager, Revlimid Lymphoma/Car-T in Munich, Germany

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, this individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing and educational programs for Revlimid in the therapeutic field of lymphoma. The incumbent actively drives launch preparations, the development of brand plans, respective product strategies, and tactical implementation plans.
Concomitantly, this function is also instrumental in developing, implementing, and executing brand plans for LisoCel (CAR T) - in close alignment and cooperation with the CAR T Operations team. Naturally, the (Senior) Product Manager builds and maintains close relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and opinion leaders in the market.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Member of international Revlimid lymphoma team, responsible for successful launch preparation and strategic planning of market- and brand development.
Member of international Revlimid lymphoma launch team and affiliate Brand Team, responsible for shaping product strategy, and to maximize EU synergies as well as exchange of best practices.
Partners with Austrian and Switzerland EU brand teams in order to prepare symposia and promotional activities for DGHO congress.
Analyzes and assimilates extensive market data/intelligence and incorporates the findings into the Revlimid (& LisoCel) lymphoma brand planning process.
Keeps up to date with competitive data in the field of Lymphoma and utilizes the information to provide competitive advantages for our brand(s).
Leads the development of marketing materials and ensures timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements (ABPI code of practice).
Designs and executes promotional activities in line with the global branding and global key messages.
Ensures effective role out of marketing campaigns to the field team through cycle briefing meetings & training sessions, in close cooperation with the sales trainer.
Constantly seeks feedback and inspires the sales force, is perceived as being a passionate and persuasive “Revlimid Lymphoma champion”.
Coordinates brand specific Multichannel activities and incorporates them into brand planning process.
Tracks implementation (KPIs) and success; develops rapid corrective activities if needed.
Supports the development of an hematology long range forecasting plan together with the Marketing Director and the Manager Market Research.
Manages marketing budgets closely to ensure expenditure is aligned with the brand plan.
Interface function: liaises closely with CAR T Operations, ensures alignment and consistency of lymphoma strategy and supports local commercial CAR T activities in the field of lymphoma.
Permanent membership in & contribution to affiliate CAR T team(s)
Interface between BU Hematology and CAR T Operations
Strong identification with Celgene’s values.
Natural science and/or Business Administration degree required
Profound professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in marketing
Experience in sales preferred
High scientific profile with the ability to simplify new and complex clinical data
Independent self-starter, accurate and well organized
Highly energetic, self reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with
various parties in a timely and efficient manner with organized project management skills.
Hematology market experience preferred
Strong analytical skills
Close collaboration with sales team and internal stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
PC literate in Microsoft Office
Strong business acumen and open minded.
