  • Develop the processes, tools and platform to drive alignment, consistency and implementation of strategy and cycle priorities from Leadership Disease Team through to in field Customer facing teams.

  • Process and performance interface between HO functions and field teams.

Core Responsibility:

  • Key account management

  • Account review structure and process

  • Consistent and aligned briefing of teams at cycle meetings

  • Consistent and aligned briefing of teams at regional meetings

  • Sales reporting streamlining and in field dashboard management

  • In field CRM alignment

Internal relationships:

  • Proactively lead a cross functional approach to in field implementation of strategy, ensuring efficient integration and collaboration across key functions including Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, HTA & Outcomes Research, Market Access, External Affairs, Medical & Scientific Affairs, and Finance.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Management and Sales to develop and ensure effective implementation of the marketing strategy

  • Business Unit Director

  • Marketing

  • RBM’s

  • Business Analytics

  • In Field Teams

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business or Science; relevant field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Other relevant experience; sales training, marketing, knowledge of NHS or equivalent, sales operations or field based clinical experience.

  • Demonstrated history of effective interpersonal skills, ability to provide feedback, strong written and verbal skills, good presentation skills, an effective evaluator of own performance, good analytical ability.

  • Ability to Collaborate and work cross-functionally

  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans

Knowledge/Experience/Education Preferred:

  • Therapeutic area market knowledge

  • Process and planning qualifications/experience (six sigma)

  • Business analytics experience
