The Sales Operations team supports our sales and marketing teams to enable us to exceed our strategic and operational requirements. This role leads the Sales Operations team, responsible for our Customer Relationship Management System (Veeva), Speaker’s Bureau and Non-Personal Promotions (NPP) operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead a team of four with responsibilities for customer relationship management (CRM) system (Veeva), Speaker’s Bureau and non-personal promotions operations.
Supports Sr. Manager, Sales Operations and works cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Training, Data Analysis and Marketing to leverage the Veeva system to execute on strategic goals. Identify new areas of opportunity to improve the Veeva experience for our stakeholders through collaborative partnerships.
Supports Sr. Manager, Sales Operations and collaborates with Marketing, Marketing Agencies and Data Analysis to design, develop and maintain core NPP operations processes.
Supports Sr. Manager, Speaker Bureau to manage speaker bureau execution, identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Includes working closely with sales and marketing partners to manage budgets and operations.
With the support of the team, creates and manages a streamlined operations plan to integrate and leverage our sales and marketing operation systems while minimizing costs to the organization.
Acts as a liaison with corporate compliance to ensure all systems support our sales representatives and meet compliance requirements.
Facilitates/drives internal discussions with IT partners to build or streamline systems as necessary.
Trouble-shoot and manage sales and marketing inquires.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration skills
Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to communicate across multiple functions and levels
7+ years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare experience
Preferred Skills:
MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
Previous people management experience
Experience managing vendors
CRM knowledge including Digital Marketing experience preferred
